Once I had my papers back, I told her that I understand the system won't let it go through and I'm okay with that but I continued on to tell her that in fact it has been 60 days since May has 31 days. In response she called the manager and in a condescending tone said, 'Could you please tell him that it has not been 60 days'.

Anyways the manager decided to tell me the same thing as the employee. So in all honesty, overall the service is probably 3 stars but because a few jaded and condescending employees who forget that they are in the business of customer service I'm going to give them a 1 star. Am I being fair?
