So since they both read the same I trust either one.

I would say it's 80-90 percent accurate based on the ball flight/distance. There are those odd times when you hit it on the screws and it registers a low swing speed. And more often than not, you'll hit a real bad topper or thin shot and it registers a high swing speed with a lot of yardage. But for the most part I would say that it's fairly accurate and fun to fiddle around with. Practice swings aren't accurate at all. You need to hit golf balls in order to get a more accurate reading.

But the calculated yardage that it gives me based on my swing speed is pretty spot on to my actual yardage that I play off of on the course. I use one as well, and it appears to be relatively accurate. Occasionally, it will register an obviously inflated speed, and I believe it caught the ball speed. It usually only happens on short-mid irons with a steeper flight.
