So all 4 cores of my CPU are on 100% load while using Adobe Media Encoder to render a video. I have a i7 4770 3.4 Ghz (Non K version) Turbo boost in the BIOS is turned to off 16GB or Ram So my question is, is there any way to take the load off of the cores or at least some of the cores since I'm worried about my CPU Temps, They're hitting max temps 76c but jump around from 72c-76c they're reaching those temps withing the first 1-2 minutes. Whats making me uncomfortable is that I don't want to render long videos that take more than 10 or so minutes with those temps, let alone 30 minute to hour long render times. Is there any way I could limit the CPU usage for Adobe Premiere Pro?

I for one have an amd gpu so i don`t have CUDA so i don`t exactly know how it works but you should be able to go into project settings / general and change the rendering method there to CUDA. You need to use cuda accelerated effects in order to take advantage of that. I use RAM previews and a scratch disk to speed everything up also.
